the room was very clean it was well-kept i appreciated the complimentary minibar with a few snacks and drinks provided the location is very convenient near transport links like the train station and tram stop. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly i encountered no issues during check-in or any of my requests they provided quick and efficient service. the hotel had good accessibility to nearby attractions , made it easy to explore the local area.

the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded during peak hours and sometimes had long queues.

The room included a comfortable L-shaped sofa. A large tv was available, and I could plug in my firestick. The bed was AMAZING. I slept FANTASTICALLY and did not awaken as I normally do.

The breakfast on my second morning was cold. It had obviously stood for a long period. The hotel offers spacious rooms, however, my room was not serviced by housekeeping. It was disappointing, considering the price.

The hotel is very close to the train station, made travel easy. i liked the room had a complimentary minibar with nice touches. the breakfast offered a fantastic selection. It was a great way to start the day. the staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions i had, it was really nice.

the minibar could have included a wider selection of beverages, but it was a very minor thing.
