Inconsistent tv info. Average stay.
misleading information incorrect website
the room was well decorated, and the bed seemed comfortable enough.
The hotel website advertised smart tvs with chromecast. I found this to be false. apparently, it was just an error. i also had issues with the misleading information, as the website remains uncorrected even after i reported it. This is not good enough and gives me trust issues with other hotels.

excellent quality helpful staff valued individuals
The breakfast choices had excellent quality food. The staff were helpful and accommodating as I have mobility issues. They treated us as valued individuals. I was very impressed with the food, refreshments, and kind staff.

clean room friendly staff convenient location efficient service
the room was very clean it was well-kept i appreciated the complimentary minibar with a few snacks and drinks provided the location is very convenient near transport links like the train station and tram stop. the staff were consistently helpful and friendly i encountered no issues during check-in or any of my requests they provided quick and efficient service. the hotel had good accessibility to nearby attractions , made it easy to explore the local area.
the breakfast buffet was a bit crowded during peak hours and sometimes had long queues.

the room had a modern design it included a comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed there was a coffee pod machine available for use and also a fridge with complimentary items inside.

the check-in process was fast and smooth the staff were cute and helpful with directions the hotel provided assistance with luggage storage after checkout which i found beneficial.

The room included a comfortable L-shaped sofa. A large tv was available, and I could plug in my firestick. The bed was AMAZING. I slept FANTASTICALLY and did not awaken as I normally do.
The breakfast on my second morning was cold. It had obviously stood for a long period. The hotel offers spacious rooms, however, my room was not serviced by housekeeping. It was disappointing, considering the price.

easy travel nice touch fantastic selection helpful staff
The hotel is very close to the train station, made travel easy. i liked the room had a complimentary minibar with nice touches. the breakfast offered a fantastic selection. It was a great way to start the day. the staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions i had, it was really nice.
the minibar could have included a wider selection of beverages, but it was a very minor thing.

staff ensured requests were handled promptly. it created a relaxed atmosphere, i appreciated it. i was very thankful for their positive attitude and willingness to assist, all questions were answered quickly.
